Filling Station was opened in February 2021 and has been serving Central VT ever since. With a focus on quality ingredients and scratch cooking, Filling Station puts out great food and drinks. We grind our burger meat daily and our fish is brought in by Ethan Wood from Boston twice a week. We offer a great local beer selection, craft cocktails and craft non-alcoholic drinks as well.
